Meet Rebecca
With a background in professional culinary training, I began my career in fine dining establishments before transitioning to real estate. My success as a Realtor® stems from my ability to anticipate clients' needs and consistently exceed their expectations. The breadth of my experiences allows me to provide comprehensive service in today’s fast paced environment.
I ranked among the top 10% of agents in the Northern Kentucky MLS in both 2008 and 2009. Since then, I have maintained as the leader in listings and sales within my office and have been recognized among the top 10 agents out of 700 company-wide consistently. In recognition of my performance, I earned the title of Executive Sales Vice President, and I am proud to be a longstanding member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence since 2012. In 2021, I joined Comey & Shepherd Realtors, aligning with an outstanding team of industry professionals.
Since 2005, I have contributed to multiple new construction and adaptive reuse projects, with a particular passion for historic property restoration. As Chair of the Board of Architectural Review and Development in Covington, KY, I offer guidance on renovation and restoration projects to ensure compliance with preservation and zoning standards. Leveraging FHA 203k loans, I assist clients in preparing budgets and managing projects through completion. My dedication to preservation is reflected in my own home, which received a historic preservation award in 2007.
